Key specifications and pricing details of the upcoming Xiaomi 17T series have surfaced online ahead of their official launch, pointing to significant upgrades in performance, battery life, and display technology.
According to recent leaks, the Xiaomi 17T is expected to start at around €749, while the higher-end 17T Pro could be priced near €999 in European markets—marking a noticeable increase compared to previous models.
The standard model is rumored to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, paired with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, along with a 6.59-inch AMOLED display and a large 6,500mAh battery with fast charging support.
Meanwhile, the Pro variant is expected to offer a more powerful Dimensity 9500 processor, a larger display with up to 144Hz refresh rate, and an upgraded battery capacity of around 7,000mAh with faster wired and wireless charging capabilities.
On the camera front, both devices are tipped to include triple-lens setups featuring 50MP primary sensors, with improvements in imaging performance expected on the Pro model.
Industry reports suggest the Xiaomi 17T series could launch earlier than usual, possibly in late May or early June, breaking the company’s traditional release cycle.
Analysts say the leaks indicate Xiaomi is positioning the 17T lineup as a “flagship killer” series, combining high-end specifications with relatively competitive pricing, as competition intensifies in the premium mid-range smartphone market.
