Pakistan Moves to Digitize Exports as PSW, TDAP Join Forces

KARACHI

Pakistan Single Window and Trade Development Authority of Pakistan have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding to accelerate Pakistan’s digital trade transformation and strengthen export facilitation through integrated online systems.

Under the agreement, TDAP’s Pakistan Trade Portal and Exporters Directory will be integrated into the Pakistan Single Window platform, allowing exporters and businesses to access trade-related services, market information, and regulatory tools through a unified digital ecosystem.

Officials said the partnership aims to reduce reliance on manual paperwork, improve real-time access to trade services, and streamline export processes for businesses across the country.

The collaboration will also enable secure data sharing between the two organizations to support evidence-based policymaking, market analysis, and digital trade facilitation initiatives.

Authorities said special focus will be placed on supporting SMEs and women-led businesses, including entrepreneurs associated with the Khadijah Women Entrepreneurship Programme, by improving digital access and export readiness.

The initiative is being seen as a major step toward building a paperless and more connected trade environment as Pakistan pushes to modernize its export infrastructure through digital governance and automation.
