Infinix Note 60 Ultra Debuts With Satellite Calling and Pininfarina Design

Infinix has launched the Note 60 Ultra, its first collaboration with Italian design firm Pininfarina, introducing industry-first two-way satellite calling for voice and text across multiple countries. The device follows the recent Note 60 and Note 60 Pro launches in February.

The Note 60 Ultra showcases a premium Uni-Chassis Camera Module crafted from a single sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus, featuring a triple-camera system, a dot-matrix display, and a “Floating Taillight” inspired by Pininfarina’s automotive heritage. The 6.78-inch OLED front display offers 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 4,500 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and carrying an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. Stereo speakers tuned with Sound by JBL deliver 360-degree audio.

Under the hood, the device runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset with an all-big-core CPU configuration, paired with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU and cooled via a 3D IceCore vapor chamber. It comes with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, built-in eSIM, and runs Android 16 with XOS 16, promising three major OS updates and five years of security patches.

Photography is led by a 200MP main camera with 2x lossless zoom, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera offering up to 7x in-sensor zoom, and a 112-degree ultra-wide camera. The Note 60 Ultra supports Ultra HDR Capture and XDR Display, powered by Infinix’s XDR Image Engine.

Battery life is anchored by a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with self-healing technology, supporting 100W wired charging (50% in 18 minutes, full charge in 48 minutes) and 50W wireless charging via the included MagCharge system.

The device is available in Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue, and Roma Silver, with Malaysian pricing starting at MYR 3,000 (approximately $760). Global availability and pricing will be announced soon.

With its combination of satellite connectivity, flagship-grade cameras, and Pininfarina-inspired design, the Infinix Note 60 Ultra positions itself as a premium, feature-rich smartphone for global markets.
