Pakistan’s leading telecom operator Zong has entered a strategic partnership with Samsung to launch the much-anticipated Galaxy S26 Series, aiming to expand access to 5G-ready devices nationwide.
The collaboration introduces a range of customer-focused initiatives, including prebooking opportunities, bundled offers, and a trade-in program for Samsung devices at selected Zong Customer Service Centers (CSCs). By combining Samsung’s flagship technology with Zong’s extensive digital and retail network, the partnership seeks to accelerate the adoption of advanced smartphones and strengthen Pakistan’s premium device ecosystem.
Speaking at the Zong x Samsung Management Connect, Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing at Zong, said:
“This partnership is a major step in Zong’s mission to drive Pakistan’s digital transformation. With 5G technology emerging and smartphone penetration evolving, ensuring accessibility and affordability of advanced devices is critical. By offering Samsung’s latest 5G-ready devices through our nationwide retail and digital platforms, along with exclusive bundles and trade-in programs, we are empowering more Pakistanis to participate in the digital economy and unlock new possibilities for connectivity.”
As part of the initiative, Samsung Shop-in-Shop experience zones have been launched at select Zong CSCs, beginning with Islamabad. These zones allow customers to interact with the Galaxy S26 Series through demos, assisted purchase journeys, and immersive brand experiences, redefining device retail in telecom outlets.
Zong is also introducing Pakistan’s first operational trade-in program for Samsung handsets, enabling seamless upgrades to the Galaxy S26 Series while enhancing affordability. Additionally, Samsung devices will be integrated into the My Zong App (MZA), offering customers a streamlined online prebooking and purchase experience with nationwide availability coinciding with the February 2026 launch.
Through this collaboration, Zong aims to shape a future-ready digital ecosystem in Pakistan, delivering 5G-ready experiences and fostering innovation across the country.
