Vivo X300 Ultra leak reveals 7,000mAh battery, Snapdragon 8 Elite and 200MP dual cameras

Vivo’s upcoming X300 Ultra has resurfaced in fresh leaks that outline nearly all of its key specifications, pointing to a flagship smartphone focused on power, endurance and advanced camera capabilities.

According to the latest information, the Vivo X300 Ultra, carrying the model number V2562, will feature a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with 2K resolution, offering sharper visuals and adaptive refresh rates aimed at smoother performance for gaming and video playback.

The device is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, positioning it firmly in the premium segment with high-end performance for intensive workloads. The leak also suggests a large 7,000mAh battery, supported by 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging, allowing rapid charging despite the increased battery size.

In terms of durability and hardware, the handset is tipped to carry an IP69 rating for enhanced dust and water resistance, along with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for secure authentication. A USB 3.2 Type-C port is also reported, enabling faster data transfer speeds.

Cameras appear to be the standout feature. The X300 Ultra is said to feature a 200-megapixel main camera using Sony’s LYT901 sensor, paired with a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens. The setup is rounded off with a 50MP Sony LYT828 ultrawide camera and a 5MP multi-spectral sensor.

Notably, the leak claims support for continuous optical zoom, a feature that could set the device apart from many competing flagships. On the front, Vivo is expected to include a 50MP autofocus selfie camera, aimed at improved self-portraits and video calling.

Vivo has not officially confirmed the specifications, but if the details hold true, the X300 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most feature-packed flagship smartphones expected later this year.
