Nothing Phone (4a) Series Set for Launch Next Month with Upgraded Specs

The UK-based smartphone maker Nothing has begun teasing its upcoming Phone (4a) series, with industry insiders suggesting a launch as early as next month.

While official specifications remain under wraps, CEO Carl Pei has hinted that the new lineup will offer notable improvements over the previous Nothing Phone (3a) series, signaling a stronger push in the mid-range smartphone segment.

Storage Variants Confirmed

According to leaks circulating online, both the standard Nothing Phone (4a) and the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro are expected to arrive in two configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage.

The company has confirmed that the upcoming models will feature UFS 3.1 storage technology, promising faster data transfer speeds and improved performance. However, it remains unclear whether both variants will include the upgrade.

Colour Options and Expected Specs

A recent teaser hinted at multiple colour options. Leaks suggest the standard Phone (4a) will be available in Black and White, while the Pro version may launch in Black and Silver.

Under the hood, the Phone (4a) series is rumoured to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7-series chipset, positioning it competitively within the upper mid-range market. The Pro model is also expected to feature a 5,080mAh battery, potentially offering extended battery life.

Further details are likely to surface in the coming weeks as the anticipated launch date approaches, with analysts closely watching how Nothing positions the new lineup in an increasingly competitive smartphone market.
