Nayatel Launches App to Put WiFi and Billing Controls in Users’ Hands

Nayatel has rolled out its My Nayatel App, offering customers across Pakistan real-time control over internet services, billing and WiFi management directly from their smartphones.

The company said the application is designed to simplify everyday account management, allowing users to instantly view and pay bills, monitor WiFi performance and run built-in diagnostics to detect and resolve common connectivity issues.

A central feature of the app is its advanced WiFi management capability. Subscribers can monitor connected devices, adjust network settings and activate parental controls to ensure safer browsing within households. The move reflects growing demand for greater transparency and oversight in home network usage.

In addition to connectivity controls, the platform integrates access to Nayatel’s value-added services, including SPEED-UP, ExitLag and NAYA TV, consolidating multiple digital offerings within a single interface.

The app also incorporates customer support tools, enabling users to seek assistance without visiting service centres or making phone calls. Among its extended features is Fauree Mashwara, which provides free online doctor consultations.

By combining billing, internet management, entertainment services and support functions in one digital ecosystem, Nayatel aims to deliver a more streamlined and customer-centric experience.

The My Nayatel App is now available for download, underscoring the company’s broader push toward digitised service delivery and enhanced user convenience in Pakistan’s evolving broadband market.
