JazzWorld Offers Free Data to 165,000 Pakistani Roaming Users in Middle East Amid Crisis

JazzWorld, Pakistan’s leading integrated digital ServiceCo, has announced a special support initiative to help customers currently traveling or residing in parts of the Middle East remain connected with their families amid ongoing regional disruptions.

Under the initiative, the company will provide free mobile data to more than 165,000 Jazz customers currently registered on international roaming networks across Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

The support package includes 200MB of free data, which will remain valid from March 7 to March 9, allowing users to maintain communication with their loved ones during the ongoing crisis.

According to the company, the benefit will be activated automatically without requiring any action from customers. Users will receive a confirmation message once the free data offer has been enabled.

“Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the evolving situation in the region,” said Kazim Mujtaba, President Jazz GSM. “In moments like these, the ability to stay connected with family and loved ones becomes increasingly important. Through this small gesture, we hope to provide reassurance and help our customers remain in touch with those who matter most.”

The initiative reflects JazzWorld’s broader commitment to supporting customers during times of uncertainty while ensuring uninterrupted access to essential communication services wherever they may be.
